FAQ's ~Where are ceremonies held? The broad answer to this is that a ceremony may take place at any location in the state of Massachusetts. The specific venue for your event is that of your choosing: it may be held within a particular religious structure - i.e., your religious setting, or it may occur at any other location for which you legitimately arrange the date and time. ~May there be more than one Officiant? Sheila Vernick is the Officiant for Custom Ceremonials, and she is pleased to join any other Officiant of your choice, if you should elect a combination. Since details for conjoint leadership vary among leaders and clientele, opportunity for advance planning is ideal - though not required - prior to the day of an anticipated ritual. ~Is a prior meeting with you required? At least one advance meeting is strongly recommended when a ceremony has been in planning stages before the scheduled date. However, in circumstances in which an event is more sudden, with much less time possible for prospective planning, then if needed, an alternate plan may be considered. ~Are services conducted only in English? Normally they are, although another language might well be incorporated into a service where ritualistically, it is indicated, or by your choice. |
